At Vibehav (www.vibehav.com), we strive to provide a smooth and transparent experience for both brands and influencers. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled.


1. Nature of Services

Vibehav is a platform that connects brands and influencers for collaborations. We act as an intermediary and do not guarantee specific results such as engagement, reach, or campaign performance.


2. Cancellation Policy

a) By Users (Brands or Influencers)

  • Users may cancel a collaboration before confirmation or agreement without any charges
  • Once a collaboration is confirmed, cancellation must be mutually agreed upon by both parties

b) By Vibehav

Vibehav reserves the right to cancel or suspend any collaboration in case of:

  • Violation of terms
  • Fraudulent or misleading activity
  • Incomplete or false information

3. Refund Policy

a) Platform Fees (if applicable)

  • Any service fees or platform charges paid to Vibehav are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise

b) Payments Between Brands and Influencers

  • Vibehav is not responsible for disputes related to payments between users
  • Refunds for collaborations must be handled directly between the brand and influencer unless Vibehav explicitly manages payments

c) Cancellation After Payment (Important Clause)

  • If a user cancels a collaboration after the payment has been made, the refunded amount (if applicable) will be processed after deduction of Vibehav’s commission or service charges
  • The applicable commission will be retained as a processing and platform fee

d) Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only in cases such as:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Technical errors
  • Unauthorized transactions

Such requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction.


4. No Guarantee Clause

Vibehav does not guarantee:

  • Campaign success
  • Audience engagement
  • Sales or conversions

Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with results.


5. Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
